I created a toolbox that shows different parts of my life and its experiences carved, burned or painted in the wood. The inside is painted red, white and blue for my military service. The darker line in the wood is in representation of my spinal cord injury, the vines my growth in art and the carving my chronic pain and feelings of being broken.
